Consignor Information

ALL DS, WII, PLAYSTATION, AND X BOX GAMES SHOULD BE PLACED IN ZIPPER BAGS WITH MATCHING TAGS BEING PLACED ON THE ZIPPER BAG AND ON THE GAME CASE. THE EMPTY CASE WILL BE PLACED ON THE SALES FLOOR, HOWEVER, THE ZIPPER BAGS CONTAINING THE GAMES WILL BE KEPT AT THE CHECK OUT TABLE AND WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE BOTH TAGS ARE IDENTICAL, AS THESE WILL BE USED TO MATCH UP THE GAME WITH THE CASE AS THEY ARE SOLD. THIS CHANGE IS BEING MADE DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FOR THESE TYPE GAMES AND WE ARE TRYING TO DETER THEFT AT OUR SALE.

IF YOU ITEMIZE $10.00 ITEMS ON YOUR CHECK IN SHEET, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO HAVE THESE ITEMS CHECKED OFF DURING THE CHECK IN PROCESS. THIS WILL BE USED TO VERIFY THAT THE ITEMS LISTED ARE ACTUALLY BROUGHT INTO THE SALE. THESE ARE THE ITEMS THAT WE WILL CHECK OFF AS BEING SOLD ON SATURDAY DURING PICKUP OF UNSOLD ITEMS. TO SPEED UP THE CHECK IN PROCESS, PLEASE HAVE THESE $10 AND UP ITEMS SEPARATED FROM YOUR OTHER ITEMS.

SATURDAY PICKUP
Consignors with last names starting with
A-L  will pick up from 3:30pm-4:30 pm on Sat. Mar 2nd;
M-Z, will pick up from 4:30pm-5:30pm on Sat. Mar 2nd.

Any items left after 5:30pm will be donated to a charity.

Once items are donated, NO exceptions.

Once the items are donated there is no way to retrieve them.



Volunteer Information

Thank you for your interest in the Second Time Around Kids Consignment Sale. The following are the shifts that are available. Please let me know ASAP which ones you are interested in. When signing up for shifts, please refer to the letter that is next to each shift. This helps me make sure I get you signed up for the correct day and time. Remember...the more shifts you work, the more money from your sales that you get to keep!

PLEASE NOTE:
ALL OF SATURDAY SHIFTS ARE BONUS SHIFTS.

A Pre-sale flyer delivery: (this shift consists of placing pre-printed fliers out to local businesses, churches, Doctors offices, etc)

Thursday - Consignor drop off and pre-sale

B 9:30-11:30 (Rack and table set up)

C 11:30-1:30     (Consignor set up and drop off)
D    1:30-3:30     (Consignor drop off)
E    3:30-5:30     (Consignor drop off)
F    5:30-7:30     (Consignor drop off and presale)
G    7:30-9:00     (Pre-sale wrap-up)

Friday - Public sale opens

H    8:30-10:30   (Early AM shift)
I    10:30-12:30 ( Mid AM shift)
J    12:30-2:30    (Early PM shift)
K     2:30-4:30    (Mid PM shift)
L     4:30-6:30    (Late PM shift)
M    6:30-8:30    (Close out)

Saturday - Public sale and sale ending BONUS SHIFTS

N    8:00-10:00   (Early AM shift)

O 10:00-12:00   (Mid AM shift)

P 12:00-2:00     (pre-sort remaining items)

Q    2:00-4:00     (consignor pick up and clean up #1)

R    4:00-6:00     (consignor pick up and clean up #2)
GET CREDIT FOR 2 SHIFTS

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY RACKS AND TOTES.
WE WELCOME HUSBANDS / FATHERS FOR THIS SHIFT.

Please try to be on time for your assigned shift. I understand unexpected things come up....especially when we are dealing with families and children. You have a 15 minute grace period, however, if you find you are unable to work your shift, please notify me at (770) 312-8962, or (770) 312-1086.

PLEASE, no children are allowed

while you are working your shift.

Commission Rates:

25% from consignors who do not volunteer

20% from consignors who work 2 shifts (4 hours)

18% from consignors who work 4 shifts (8 hours)

16% from consignors who work 6 shifts (12 hours)

14% from consignors who work 8 shifts (16 hours)

12% from consignors who work 10 shifts (20 hours)

10% from consignors who work 12 shifts (24 hours)
